Vehicle Integration – DMU | Automotive

• Responsible for vehicle-level DMU integration and digital packaging.
• Perform 3D CAD/DMU reviews, packaging, clearance, clash, and interface checks.
• Work across Body, Underbody, Powertrain, Chassis, Interior, Exterior, Electrical, and Thermal systems.
• Check components such as engine, transmission, suspension, exhaust, fuel system, battery, wiring harnesses, seats, instrument panel, doors, bumpers, and underbody components.
• Identify and resolve hard/soft clashes, clearance issues, accessibility, serviceability, and assembly concerns.
• Coordinate with Design, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, Packaging, and Supplier teams to close integration issues.
• Support design reviews, vehicle builds, engineering changes, issue tracking, and virtual validation.
• Ensure packaging, dimensional, functional, manufacturability, and vehicle-level requirements are met.
