About The Role

Leads team of intermediate to experienced Field Service professionals. Reviews escalated issues, establishes and maintains a good relationship with key customers, and responds to escalated complaints from high-profile customers. Responsible for maintaining training and audit/assessment programs and training field service staff.

Key Role & Responsibilities

• Drive Totaline sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu market.
• Develop and manage strong business relationships with SPDs, Turnkey Contractors (TKOs), and competitive dealers to drive new business opportunities and strengthen Totaline’s market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the Totaline channel network.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and margin targets.
• Promote and develop Totaline’s non-traditional product portfolio, including Air Curtains, Dehumidifiers and Air-Side Accessories, beyond the typical trade product range.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, dispatches and customer requirements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and pricing to strengthen Totaline’s market position.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline and market reports.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC-related discipline preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC spares sales and distribution.
• Strong understanding of the HVAC market and channel business.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

The role requires an aggressive, commercially driven professional who can independently develop the Totaline business, build strong relationships with SPDs, TKOs and dealers, and establish a strong market presence across Tamil Nadu.

Education

University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience.
