We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing field sales activities, identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

The role involves regular field visits to understand customer requirements, promote company products/services, and provide effective solutions that meet client needs. The Territory Sales Executive will also be responsible for market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, and providing timely feedback to the management team to support business growth strategies.

The candidate is expected to coordinate closely with internal teams such as operations, accounts, and customer support to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate sales records, preparing daily and monthly reports, and updating CRM systems are essential aspects of this role.

This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and client management skills

Basic to good understanding of software / SaaS products

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Problem-solving and negotiation skills
