Job Description
As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in our collections team, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to customers with pending EMI payments, providing them with due date reminders and explaining outstanding balances. You will also guide customers on various payment methods and follow up on any missed or delayed payments.
