Project Role : Technology Support Engineer

Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Good to have skills : ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the expansion and optimization of the global Software Asset Management organization.
• Create awareness and promote compliant software usage within the organization.
• Provide consultancy to consumers of software and IT support staff for their change management process.
• Regular generation of reports to ensure and improve data quality in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Regular monitoring, assessment and improvement of software compliance related data and KPIs
• Trend analysis and benchmarking of KPIs
• Identification and analysis of additional data sources contributing to higher data quality and transparency
• Close collaboration with the Product Owner of the SAM
• Data Warehouse to define requirements for further development of its functionality and usefulness
  
  
  

• Academic degree, ideally in business informatics, IT management or software asset management skills acquired through a qualified apprenticeship or training
• Experience in accounting, procurement or supplier management
• Experience with the application of ITIL processes
• High service orientation, team-oriented work style and good communication skills

• Excellent English skills, written and verbal
• Good MS-Office skills Excel and Powerpoint in particular Resilience and flexibility
  
  
  

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in End User & Data center IT Asset Mgmt.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
