Key ResponsibilitiesOperation & Maintenance

• Carry out routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of plant and machinery.
• Assist in breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment such as excavators, cranes, batching plants, compressors, generators, loaders, etc.
  
  

• Follow safety procedures and OEM guidelines while operating and maintaining equipment.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and site safety norms.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or near-miss incidents immediately.
  
  

• Maintain daily maintenance logs, service records, and checklists.
• Coordinate with supervisors for spares requirement and maintenance schedules.
  
  

• Coordinate with operators, site teams, and vendors for smooth equipment operation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in workshop and equipment areas.
