We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist in Test Automation to lead and innovate our testing strategies for advanced Wi-Fi and Mesh-enabled residential gateway products. In this pivotal role, you will drive the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test cases, with a strong focus on building and enhancing our automation frameworks. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our next-generation broadband devices, while also mentoring a talented team. NIFN2026

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Develop and execute robust automation strategies aligned with business goals, identifying key areas for automation and designing scalable frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation testing frameworks, implement automated test cases, and integrate tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze existing automation systems, propose modernizations based on industry trends, and work towards reducing operational costs while maximizing platform utilization.
  • Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases for Wi-Fi and Mesh-enabled residential gateway networks, covering functional, performance, stability, and interoperability testing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of existing test automation systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on automation systems and best practices.

Key Skills And Experience

Your have:

  • BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Comp. Science or relevant field.
  • 7-10 Years of hands-on working experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, or equivalent automation frameworks, preferably in networking products.
  • Proficiency in Python or TCL across various Linux distributions is required.
  • Prior experience in developing automation frameworks is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working on Linux/Unix systems for debugging, scripting, and system-level analysis.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying root causes across device, network, and cloud layers.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Experience with Wi-Fi and Mesh testing in residential gateway products (ONTs, Beacons, Routers, APs).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly articulate technical findings and test results.
  • Strong knowledge of testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
