We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack Development with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading the delivery of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React.js (or Vite.js), Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL, along with a proven track record of architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

As a Technical Lead, you will drive technical strategy, define solution architecture, mentor development teams, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of complex projects. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong technical leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in guiding Agile teams through the complete software development lifecycle.

• Key Responsibilities
  
  

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Architect and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js (or Vite.js) and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and migrations.

Define technical solutions, coding standards, and best practices to ensure maintainable and high-quality software.

Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical decision-making.

Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

8+ years of Full Stack Development experience.

Strong expertise in React.js (or Vite.js), Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.

Experience in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.

Strong understanding of software design principles, SOLID, design patterns, and Clean Architecture.

Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD practices.

Proven experience in technical leadership, solution design, mentoring, and code reviews.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
