Job Title: Tech Lead / Delivery Lead

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Delivery Lead) to join our offshore team to drive SEIBI project, which includes upgrading .NET/Java applications, Oracle databases, and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and Oracle technologies, proven experience in leading a project, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This role will be responsible for managing, coordinating and executing the upgrade process to ensure seamless transition with minimum business disruption.

Job Description /Responsibilities:

· Technical Execution

Oversee the upgrade and migration of server infrastructure supporting .NET and Java applications and Oracle databases.
Supervise and execute comprehensive testing (unit, integration, regression, and performance) throughout the upgrade process.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during the upgrade process.

· Team Management

Guide and mentor offshore team members throughout the upgrade project lifecycle.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones.

· Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating with cross-functional teams (PMOs, developers, DBAs, system admins, business stakeholders)
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and relevant teams.

· Quality & Compliance

Ensure all upgrades meet organizational security, compliance, and performance standards.
Implement and verify backup, rollback, and disaster recovery plans before and after the upgrade.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing server upgrade projects for .NET , Java and Oracle environments.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET/Java (Framework/Core) and Oracle databases.
Experience with server administration (Windows), virtualization, and cloud or on-premise environments.
Proficiency in project management and technical documentation.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience in NodeJS.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of IT security standards, compliance, and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft .NET, Oracle, AWS/Azure).

Organizing technical presentations to customers and/or industry groups
Monitoring product development outcomes to ensure technical, functional, cost, and timing targets are met In some organizations, may be responsible for managing product regulatory approval process

Level Description

Experienced level professional that applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Works independently with general supervision. Works to achieve operational targets within the job area with a direct impact on function / sub-function results. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
