Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives and drive loan business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Monitor daily team performance and sales activities.

Generate leads and support the team in converting leads into customers.

Handle customer queries and provide suitable loan solutions.

Train new team members on sales processes and products.

Track individual and team targets and prepare performance reports.

Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.

Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, financial services, or related sales.

Team Handling Experience Preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to handle pressure and achieve deadlines.
