Roles And Responsibilities

  • Candidate should be qualified for employees and customers regarding technical questions related to products, applications and solutions of the whole HARTING product and solution spectrum in all relevant target markets.
  • He/ she should have knowledge of design process including PCB, Panel and Electro-mechanical engineering.
  • Is responsible for the conceptual design, accomplishment, evaluation and continuous improvement of technical trainings with reference to applications and solutions.
  • Based on his profound know-how of products and applications he is the technical consultant for all "market orientated" functions and customers
  • System Management: He / she is meant to be a “Solution Seller”.
  • Market- and Application management: Systematic collection and processing of experiences with applications in the relevant target markets.

oThus he / she is able to suggest customized connection and network techniques and solutions.

oCommunicates actively the future oriented product innovations and services as perceptible customer's benefit. HARTING presents itself as a convincing technology-trendsetter relative to the triad, so that an attractive force arises in the market.

oIs in close contact to the Sales and Customers and should exchange application and solution experience in industries and to actively support the development of new industry solutions.

oProvides application- and solution orientated support for fairs and communication in the market.

  • Sales Management: Based on his product, application and solution know-how he / she supports the sales process via technical consultancy of customers and sales employees.
  • Coaching of Sales team during common customer visits with respect to trained contents.
  • Marketing Management: Support Marketing field team in set up of exhibitions and tech-days.

oSupport in development of brochures and catalogues specific to target markets and applications.

  • Training Management: Preparation of training concepts regarding contents & methods.
  • Build up and deployment of showroom application equipment
  • Continuous improvement of the trainings and refreshment of the own knowledge.
