What youll be doing:
- Maintain the relationship tree / contact list of the client vs the agency units vs Opco being serviced & updated at all time.
- Take Responsibility /Accept target for the set of clients allocated for passing.
- Ensure all vendor invoices are captured in system and highlight discrepancies if any on daily basis to the Admin Team.
- Ensure system data is checked against the vendor invoices /supporting by ensuring due checks for Rate/Date/Program/Duration and any other special needs as required by client (PO /Estimate No etc).
- Alert + Escalation matrix to be ensured in case disputes are not resolved within R+2 to immediate supervisor and close tab to be kept for closure.
- Ensure up to date MIS report (Unbilled media liability) is kept on status of bills passed /attended to and shared with reporting manager /opco/ management on daily basis.
- Work towards ensuring that we pass 98% in AM+20 days without fail for all clients.
- Have regular weekly reviews with reporting manager on the pending issues and innovate / plan the work.
- To be able to step in willingly /proactively during team crisis and be a helping hand to achieve the target/goal of the team/company.
What youll need:
- Minimum 10-13 years of experience in Accounts Payable domain.
- com/M.com/PDGM/MBA.
- Should have experience in SSC/BPO/ITES.
- Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation.
- Good leadership skills and effective team management skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach.
- Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally.
- Flexible attitude to achieve results.
- Advanced MS office skills.
