As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading and developing a team of style associates.

Working Hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, utilizing Microsoft Office tools for reporting and scheduling.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement through personalized interactions and effective non-verbal communication.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations, ensuring optimal product availability for customers.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for staff, focusing on personal presentation and retail expertise to enhance team skills.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and merchandising to attract and retain customers, aligning with company branding.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product promotions and store improvements.

Qualifications

  • PUC/Intermediate/Diploma with 5+ years retail fashion industry Or Graduate with 2+ years retail fashion industry.,
  • Mandatory min 1 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager handled a team of more than 6.

Technical Requirements

Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Inventory Management Software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Software, Retail Analytics Tools
