Customer Lifecycle ensures all Customer and Price related data is maintained accurately in SAP. The team maintains and sets up all master data for Customers and Price and communicate data and process requirements where required. The team assist in systems or process initiatives relating to master data and well as performing ad hoc analysis.
The Senior Specialist – Customer Data is responsible for ensuringhigh-quality, compliant, and timely management of customer master data across systems. The role acts as a subject-matter expert for customer data processes, supports business stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to governance, audit, and control requirements.
