Job Title : Sr.Product Configurator(ISG)
Job Summary : We are seeking a Sr. Product Configurator for our ISG team with 5 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PCF Guidewire BillingCenter and Gosu along with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects and help drive innovation in our insurance solutions.

Responsibilities :
Develop and configure Guidewire BillingCenter solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Implement and customize PCF components to optimize user experience and streamline processes.
Utilize Gosu programming language to develop and maintain system integrations and customizations.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure system stability and performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues ensuring timely resolution.
Document system configurations processes and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.
Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
Support the companys mission by delivering innovative solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. -Qualifications
Possess strong experience in PCF Guidewire BillingCenter and Gosu essential for this role.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain crucial for effective solution delivery.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
Showcase strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
