Sr Manager - Product Management

ADP is hiring a Senior Manager – Product Management!

Do you enjoy shaping product strategy while developing future product leaders? Are you energized by driving business outcomes through innovation? Ready to make your mark?

You'll lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a multi-country HCM offering, while managing a team of Product Managers. Your days will range from coaching PMs and aligning executives, to prioritizing investments and leading product launches.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Identify market opportunities through customer research and competitive analysis
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, customer value, and feasibility
  
  

Product Development & Execution

• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations across the product lifecycle
• Drive AI adoption into product development
• Manage launches, adoption, and post-launch optimization
  
  

People Leadership

• Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and Sr Product Managers
• Set goals, coach, and build career development plans
• Drive resource planning, capacity management, and succession planning
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Align product priorities with organizational goals alongside senior leadership
• Communicate strategies, risks, and outcomes to executives
• Influence cross-functional teams and build consensus
  
  

Business & Customer Focus

• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends
• Define and track KPIs: satisfaction, adoption, revenue, and retention
  
  

To Succeed In This Role

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10–12 years in product management, including 2–3 years leading teams
• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and portfolio management
• Track record delivering successful products with measurable business impact
• Experience with multi-region products and complex, integrated systems
• Proven ability coaching and building high-performing teams
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• MBA or PM certifications preferred but not required
