Sr Consultant

Job Summary

Sr Consultant will design and implement advanced agentic AI solutions that optimize business processes for global clients in a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirement. The role focuses on applying deep AI expertise to complex enterprise problems while leveraging optional telecom billing and revenue management domain exposure to deliver measurable value and scalable outcomes that support the company mission and broader societal innovation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end design of agentic AI solutions that address complex enterprise challenges by translating client objectives into robust AI agent workflows that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
• Lead detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities where agentic AI agents can automate decisions tasks and interactions thereby improving accuracy reducing manual effort and enhancing user experiences across multiple business functions.
• Develop comprehensive solution blueprints for agentic AI systems including definition of agent roles interaction patterns data flows and orchestration logic to ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with organizational standards.
• Coordinate closely with cross functional teams including data engineering cloud operations and security to ensure agentic AI solutions integrate smoothly with existing platforms and follow governance policies and compliance requirements.
• Conduct structured discovery and requirement workshops with client stakeholders to understand business goals constraints and success metrics and then refine agentic AI use cases into clearly prioritized implementation backlogs that guide delivery teams.
• Oversee configuration and tuning of AI agents including goal setting tool selection prompt optimization and memory strategies so that each agent performs reliably under real world conditions and produces consistent high quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and technical team members on agentic AI concepts best practices and design patterns by providing detailed guidance on scenario modeling evaluation approaches and risk management for complex AI deployments.
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for agentic AI solutions by defining quantitative metrics qualitative feedback loops and test scenarios that validate performance fairness robustness and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insights from agentic AI pilots into actionable roadmaps for broader adoption helping clients build sustainable AI capabilities that support long term strategic transformation.
• Prepare clear documentation for implemented agentic AI solutions including functional specifications operational procedures and troubleshooting guidelines so that client teams can operate and maintain systems with confidence.
• Present solution approaches status updates and result summaries to client and internal stakeholders in structured forums focusing on how agentic AI initiatives contribute to organizational goals and wider societal benefits such as improved accessibility and efficiency.
• Coordinate hybrid work activities by planning onsite and remote collaboration routines that keep project communication transparent ensure timely review cycles and maintain alignment across distributed teams working in day shifts.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles and data protection standards in all agentic AI engagements by proactively identifying potential risks promoting responsible use of data and designing safeguards that protect end users and communities.
  
  

• Demonstrate extensive hands on experience of at least eleven years in advanced AI applications with strong emphasis on designing implementing and scaling agentic AI solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Possess deep proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks along with experience in orchestrating multiple AI agents tools and services to solve real world business problems through reliable automated workflows.
• Bring solid knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts including integration patterns data pipelines and cloud native services to support deployment of agentic AI systems within large multinational organizations.
• Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret business requirements break them into AI driven solution components and communicate trade offs and recommendations to technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Utilize proven experience in client consulting roles to manage expectations facilitate workshops and deliver clear documentation and presentations that enable informed decisions about AI adoption and scaling.
• Offer domain exposure in telecom billing and revenue management as a desirable strength enabling more precise modeling of agentic AI use cases for rating charging collections and customer service scenarios.
• Maintain up to date understanding of responsible AI practices covering transparency accountability fairness and robustness to ensure that agentic AI solutions align with regulatory guidelines and societal impact considerations.
• Exhibit strong collaboration abilities suited to hybrid work models including effective remote communication use of digital collaboration tools and disciplined time management during day shifts to meet project milestones.
