Job Title: Source-to-Pay (S2P) Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a S2P Specialist to lead procurement transformation initiatives. This role combines strategic advisory, process optimization, and technology enablement to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

  • Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client business objectives and procurement goals.
  • Drive procurement transformation programs, including spend analysis, supplier rationalization, and sourcing optimization.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks from supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and market volatility.

Process Optimization

  • Implement best practices for sourcing, procurement, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Design and execute category management frameworks and supplier performance scorecards.
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency across procurement processes.

Technology Enablement

  • Act as a Sourcing and procurement SME, leading design and guiding configuration (if required):
    • Sourcing
    • Procurement
    • Supplier Management
    • Spend Analysis
  • Deliver procurement transformation projects for strategic cost reduction and intelligent spend management.
  • Understand business architecture and provide expertise on integration of ERP and third-party systems for automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Guide platform selection and implementation for procurement tools
Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and adoption.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions to drive user enablement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for procurement technology and process improvements.

Thought Leadership

  • Publish white papers, case studies, and represent the organization in industry forums.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in sourcing, procurement, and Coupa technology advancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
  • Proven track record in procurement transformation and technology enablement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for driving digital procurement innovation.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Deep functional understanding of any procurement platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and implement S&P solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Should-Have Requirements

  • Experience in procurement transformation programs and digital enablement.
  • Knowledge of category management frameworks and supplier performance scorecards.
  • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) best practices.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and lead change management initiatives.
  • Thought leadership experience (white papers, industry forums).
