Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking toad Specialist – Treasury located in Chennai

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees daily cash operations - updating daily bank balances from bank systems/reports, inputting bank wires, and monitoring balances to define cash position for funding and/or investments.
• E-Banking administration - Account opening, KYC documentation, granting bank access, user access reviews, etc.,
• Scrutinize and work on bank swift messages, payment methods, and fund transfers.
• Assists in wire investigations for corporate bank account reconciliations.
• FX hedging – Balance sheet & P N L, FX cash Settlements, etc.,
• Evaluates and negotiates banking services and fees, monitors bank performance and manages overall banking relationship.
• Performs worldwide investigation for cash flow reporting, excess cash, interest income and expense research.
• Interacts with sites to ensure compliance with company's treasury policy and procedures.
• Holds up Corporate and Regional Treasury for Cash Management/Treasury related activities.
• Works closely with the General Ledger/Bank Reconciliation team to close the open items on timely basis.
• Provides required documentation and maintain appropriate source documents and other related documents in holds up for Audit.
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
• Provide timely reports/information to the Team Leaders/managers on maintenance of policy
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• B.COM / BBA(Finance) / M.COM / MBA(Finance) with at least 60% aggregate score is preferred.
• Good understanding on MS applications (Excel Macro, VB, SQL etc.).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written/oral communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
