Responsibilities

• Delivers the SW product
• Plans and tracks the milestones and management activities of the SW project
• Chairs the SW Factory checkpoint review meetings for SW-related checkpoints (CP0 & CP4)
• Initiates corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan
• Lead, monitor and control SW Suppliers related topics
• Engages and Sync with SYS TPM to ensure alignment between SW & SYS teams
• Engages and Sync with Mech PM to ensure alignment and sync with HW timeline and corresponding SW Deliveries
• Makes sure that necessary resources and information are identified, allocated and used.
  
  

• Autonomous in Project Management
• Autonomous in Problem-Solving
• Autonomous in Communication
• Min 7 years experience preferably in automotive embedded software,Software project management and Methodologies
• Strong leaderrship Skills
• Ability to manage projects across multiple timezones / cross-cultural cooperation
• Automotive ASPICE, coreALM toll experience is an advantage
