Harness your expertise in cloud platform technologies, particularly ServiceNow or similar platforms, to develop and implement robust project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and driving innovation to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for project-related issues, providing guidance, support, and solutions to overcome challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications, to provide visibility and transparency into project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in project management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering ServiceNow projects and programs.
Extensive experience with cloud platform technologies, first preference is for ServiceNow.
Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks, with certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
