Job Description
ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow platform solutions across core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, and SecOps. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise, platform architecture understanding, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The candidate will support end-to-end delivery, integration, automation, quality engineering, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to engineering best practices and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibility
- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
- Lead end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders on solution design
- 4 – 6 years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
- Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs) Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
- Hands-on experience across key modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and platform architecture
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
