Job Summary

The Service Line Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency. With a focus on delivering high-quality service the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to work effectively in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain workflows scripts and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues and enhance system functionality.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow implementation.
  • Lead efforts to automate processes and improve efficiency using ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to align with organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
  • Participate in planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow workflows and scripts.
  • Exhibit proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow.
  • Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Display knowledge of industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow implementation.
  • Be adept at training and mentoring team members on ServiceNow functionalities.

Certifications Required

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
