About The Role

This role will be Responsible for Service Operations in the assigned territory

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for Service Operations in the assigned territory
• Responsible for Service Revenue & Collection as per set targets
• Responsible for Technical Support & Training of Field Staff
  
  

Role Purpose

• Need to interact with dealers, customers & filed staff regularly to improve the service delivery in the assigned region
• Responsible to achieve revenue through AMC customer retention, Do & Charge & SM business of existing customers
• Responsible to achieve set TAT, NPS, Collection & Margin targets
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC industry
• Experience in VRF & LC is mandatory
• Geographical & work exposure in ROTN will be added advantage
