As an SEO Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance the online visibility and organic search performance of our digital assets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and staying abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvement in search engine rankings.

The job roles and responsibilities are,

➢ Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.

➢ Analyse and interpret keyword data to inform content optimization strategies.

➢ Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements for search engines.

➢ Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve page relevance and user experience.

➢ Collaborate with web development teams to address technical SEO issues and implement solutions.

➢ Monitor and optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical factors affecting SEO.

➢ Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content.

➢ Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance website authority.

➢ Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyse and report on SEO performance.

➢ Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

➢ Conduct thorough analysis of competitor SEO strategies.

➢ Identify opportunities and trends to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

➢ Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices.

➢ Recommend and implement changes to keep the company's digital presence aligned with evolving SEO standards.

Requirements

The candidate should have the below skill sets,

➢ 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in SEO roles.

➢ Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.

➢ Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and web development processes.

➢ Proven experience in conducting comprehensive keyword research and analysis.

➢ Demonstrated ability to optimize website content and other on page elements for search engines.

➢ Experience in implementing effective off-page optimization and link-building strategies.

➢ Proficient in using web analytics tools, SEO Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush) to derive actionable insights.

➢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

➢ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

➢ Proactive in staying informed about the latest SEO trends and updates.
