Senior UI Designer

What the role entails

• Building, scaling, and sustaining a world-class design system in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Balancing detailed UI craftsmanship with broader system-level strategy.
• Designing polished UI and interaction patterns tailored to the healthcare industry
• Solving complex systems-architecture challenges through deep, thoughtful design thinking.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand and act upon key business requirements.
• Contributes to new feature definitions and exploration from concept through execution within an integrated team that meets both business needs and user needs.
• Delivers design via concept sketches, wireframes, interaction designs and user flows, and prototypes, as needed.
• Assists other UX Design team in creating design rationale and specifications.
• Advocates for clean, simple user-centered designs.
  
  

• 5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years contributing directly to a scaled design system.
• Exceptional UI and interaction design craft.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, especially component-building tools.
• Familiarity with front-end concepts (React, HTML/CSS, iOS, Android) and how design systems map into code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• A passion for design craft, systems thinking, and helping teammates do their best work.
