What you can look forward to as Specialist - Tools Expert (m/f/d): 

•    Define strategies for Embedded development tools which is cost effective and efficient
•    Tools/Toolchain Ownership – Support/select the right tool, setup the input, workflow and output. Update/change as per need w.r.t to internal/external customer
Eg. Eclipse, Static & Dynamic analysis tools (QAC, Polyspace, Axivion, Tessy, VectorCAST etc)
•    Continuous improvement on delivery model - Improve development steps, automate, make release steps simple and easy
•    Designs data‑driven solutions by building, deploying, and continuously improving machine‑learning models that address business problems while ensuring quality, compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration.
•    Troubleshoot and help w.r.t to tool/tool chain issues together with team
•    Providing technological solutions to business requirements.
•    Comply with ZF internal process, standards and regulations
 

Your profile as Specialiat – Tools Expert (m/f/d):
•    BS or MS in Computer Science preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered
•    Hands on and good knowledge developing, integrating, testing software for embedded system
•    Clear understanding & expertise in Build Systems e.g. Makefile, Compilation, linking etc.
•    Tool Expertise: QAC, Polyspace/Axivion, Tessy/VectorCAST, Eclipse, gcc-like compilers, build systems, 
•    ALM Tools - PTC Integrity or CodeBeamer 
•    Cloud platform exposure in Azure DevOps tools
•    Scripting: PowerShell, Batch, Bash, Makefile, CMake, XML, JSON
•    Programming Languages: understand building of C/C++, Python
•    Willingness to learn new tools / techniques / methods
•    Packages: Know Gradle or Pypi  how to use and setup in general
•    Good written and verbal communication skill in English, bonus: German
