Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM professional with strong Power Platform expertise to design, customize, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, custom development, JavaScript, plugins, Power Automate, and business rules to support complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module) based on business requirements
• Develop and maintain customizations including entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
• Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript and form scripting
• Develop and maintain server-side customizations using C# plugins and workflows
• Configure and manage Business Rules and classic/real-time workflows
• Design and implement Power Automate flows for integrations, process automation, and notifications
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs and connectors
• Support data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Provide technical documentation and support post‑go‑live
