Senior Stibo Step Developer

We are seeking a Senior Stibo Step Developer to join our team and contribute to end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules, along with a solid understanding of Product and Customer MDM.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
• Drive Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations across project lifecycles
• Design and configure STEP data models, workflows and related STEP configurations
• Implement workflow design, setup and variant creation to meet business needs
• Set up and maintain STIBO monitoring and reporting functions
• Apply MDM and PIM best practices throughout development activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Product and Customer MDM solutions
• Provide technical guidance on PIM architecture and design decisions

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
• Understanding of Product and Customer MDM
• Showcase of driving multiple Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations with strong exposure to STEP data model, workflows and STEP configurations
• Knowledge of STIBO solution tool functions and out-of-the-box features
• Expertise in workflow design, setup and variant creation
• Familiarity with STIBO monitoring and reporting functions
• Strong knowledge of PIM architecture and design
• Proficiency in MDM and PIM best practices and development
