At Ford Credit, we help customers finance and manage ownership of Ford and Lincoln vehicles around the world. We are seeking a highly technical Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Customer Identity and Master Data platform.

This leader will be responsible for the technical strategy, engineering execution, operational excellence, and talent development for our Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and MDM platform. The role combines people leadership, solution architecture, cloud engineering, and strategic delivery to provide a trusted, scalable, and secure customer data foundation for Ford Credits global ecosystem.
