Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java technologies
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks like Spring Boot
• Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Integrate frontend with backend services and databases
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, DevOps)
• Use version control systems such as Git
• Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum processes
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• 4-6 years of professional experience in information technology and software development.
• Significant expertise in Core Java and J2EE technologies (e.g., Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate).
• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Public Cloud (AWS/GCP), React UI
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React
• Proven experience in developing and implementing end-to-end business technology solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
