About The Job

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with 10+ years of experience in building modern React applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, UI architecture, state management, API integration, authentication, browser fundamentals, frontend performance, and modern build tools, along with the ability to support and mentor junior developers.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain modern React applications using clean, reusable components, strong JavaScript practices, scalable UI architecture, and high coding standards.
• Work with REST and GraphQL APIs for data fetching, caching, error handling, authentication, authorization, token management, and session handling.
• Apply strong browser fundamentals including DOM behavior, events, storage, cookies, caching, and basic security while developing responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Improve frontend performance through rendering optimization, bundle-size reduction, efficient memory management, modern build tools, environment configurations, and optimized production builds.
• Integrate advanced UI components such as charts, diagrams, and editors, troubleshoot UI, state, API, performance, and browser-related issues, and support junior developers through technical guidance and best practices.
  

What We Seek In You

• 10+ years of experience building React applications with strong expertise in JavaScript, clean coding, reusable components, UI architecture, and maintainable frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with modern state management using Redux Toolkit and React Query, along with strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, Apollo or similar clients, API error handling, and token refresh.
• Practical experience with authentication and authorization, including MSAL, tokens, sessions, and RBAC.
• Strong understanding of browser fundamentals, including DOM behavior, events, storage, cookies, caching, and basic security, with experience building responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Good exposure to frontend performance optimization, including rendering improvements, bundle-size reduction, memory management, and modern build tools such as Vite with environment configurations.
• Strong debugging, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with development teams and support junior developers.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ReactFlow or similar node-graph editors and familiarity with Plotly.js, D3, or other charting tools.
• Basic experience with Azure services, including Blob Storage and Application Insights.
• Understanding of real-time UI using WebSockets or GraphQL subscriptions.
• Exposure to Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and service worker caching.
