About The Role

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Agile development team. In this role, you’ll contribute to building high-quality software by designing and executing automated tests, supporting release processes, and collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet user needs and maintain high standards of reliability and performance. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about quality, learning, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborate with team members to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report issues with clarity and context.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automated tests.
• Support release management and ensure smooth deployments across environments.
• Participate in planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve team practices.
• Stay current with testing tools, trends, and best practices.
  
  

• Very strong experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and API testing.
• Familiarity with UNIX fundamentals and good understanding of Azure Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL and version control tools like GitHub.
• Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, and automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Karate with Java preferred).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Experience using tools like Azure DevOps, Test Plans, or Jira for test and defect management.
• Ability to design test strategies for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
