Senior Project Manager - Testing

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager testing with expertise in both manual and automation testing to lead quality assurance efforts in our telecom domain projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom systems, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with modern testing tools and frameworks. This role involves strategic planning, team coordination, and technical execution to ensure high-quality so Finish ftware delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies for telecom applications, covering both manual and automated testing
• Lead a team of testers, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution of test plans
• Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Serenity BDD, and Mate Automation
• Oversee API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI
• Conduct test case reviews, defect triage meetings, and root cause analysis
• Ensure test coverage across telecom protocols, billing systems, network configurations, and customer-facing applications
• Monitor test execution, track defects, and report quality metrics to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
  
  
  

• Strong knowledge of telecom systems including OSS/BSS, CRM, and network management platforms
• Proficiency in both manual testing techniques and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Serenity BDD, Mate Automation, and API testing tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
