Senior Product Manager RBS Organization Excellence

The Org Excellence (OE) team within RBS Business Excellence is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Non-Tech) to own the product vision, strategy, and cross-functional delivery of scalable AI-aided solutions that serve Business Excellence programs and are designed for reuse across Amazon.

This role combines product strategy with AI fluency and cross-organisational delivery — owning the end-to-end customer experience of complex, multi-stakeholder programs that turn OE’s operational expertise into productised, self-service tooling. You will own a portfolio of 5 AI-aided solutions, define the roadmap, drive customer adoption, and partner with RBS Tech for engineering execution — without managing a dedicated engineering team.

Key job responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-aided OE solutions (PEX AI Career Coach, CI Platform, AI Agent Knowledge Management, Unified Innovation Platform)
• Define and prioritise features by working backward from customer needs; write product requirements (BRDs/PRFAQs) that are clear, actionable, and measurable
• Partner with RBS Tech (AI architecture & engineering) to translate product vision into delivered solutions leveraging existing funded engineering teams
• Drive cross-org adoption strategy — identify early adopters, run pilots, measure outcomes, and scale solutions to other Amazon orgs (Ops, CS, AWS)
• Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to identify opportunities and validate product-market fit for internal AI tools
• Build POCs and prototypes using AI tools directly (agentic workflows, prompt engineering, no-code/low-code) to de-risk ideas before committing engineering resources
• Establish success metrics (adoption, NPS, time-saved, cost-avoidance) and reporting mechanisms; present progress in MBRs/QBRs with data-driven narratives
• Own agent governance policy — define reuse standards, lifecycle management rules, and discovery mechanisms for AI agents across RBS
• Influence strategic direction across Business Excellence, working with senior leadership to align product investments with organizational priorities
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple BUs, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a coherent product strategy
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Master's degree or above in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field, or Master's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
• Experience with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools
• Experience with innovation management systems, idea evaluation frameworks, or knowledge management platforms
