As a part of the financial services team, you will be testing, reviewing, processing loans and files as per the Standard Operating Procedure
You will establish, maintain, update records, and other documents for internal or external requirements as part of your reporting responsibilities
You will be expected to achieve Service Level Benchmarks on Productivity, Quality, Turnaround time
You will be responsible to create Standard Operating Procedures, and maintain process documentations
Learn new processes, concepts, skills and execute accordingly
Continuously improve the subject matter knowledge, operational competencies and skills with growing tenure
Your high-quality service will ensure our customers are always satisfied
What You Will Need
Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the Mortgage Origination or underwriting with a proven record of handling various loan types (e.g., Federal Housing Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, Conventional loans, etc.)
Demonstrated Client Reporting, Communication and Relationship Management Skills
Abide the organization’s information security policy and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Available to work Overtime, Rotational, Night shift and Weekends
Team Player, Adaptable to change, and Ability to positively channelize pressure
What Would Be Nice To Have
Typing speed (35 wpm & 95% accuracy).
High-level understanding of the Financial Industry.
Organized, independent, self-learning, & have a growth mindset.
Fluidic, eagerness and contribution to improvements - Process and Non process.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related certifications.
