Job Description

The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Architect or Lead should

• Possess extensive expertise in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules and associated business processes.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes, with the ability to guide clients throughout the entire systems development lifecycle.
• Have a proven track record in implementing, upgrading, and providing support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Have strong knowledge of integrating PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules with different applications.
• Be highly experienced in all project phases, including fit/gap analysis, configuration, and testing.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the upgrade / optimization of the PeopleSoft system, ensuring it aligns with client business needs and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate functional design sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into efficient PeopleSoft solutions.
• Engage in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
• Accountable for designing and implementing impactful solutions using PeopleSoft functional expertise.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and developers to design, develop, implement, and support complex business solutions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to create solutions addressing their business challenges.
• Constantly explore opportunities to enhance the process of delivering solutions to clients.
