About The Role
Were looking for a Senior Partnership and Analyst Relations Associate to join our team, and this is a fully remote position. In this role, you wont just be managing a list of contacts; youll be a key player in building and nurturing relationships that fuel our growth and expand our presence in the market. Youll be focusing on both strategic partnerships and analyst relations, with a strong emphasis on the B2B SaaS and HR tech spaces. If you have 3-5 years of experience and a passion for building high-impact relationships, we want to talk to you.
What Youll Be Doing
Building Partnerships: Youll identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with b2b market places, technology providers, top tier consulting firms, and other key players in the HR tech ecosystem.
Driving Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Youll team up with our partners to create and execute joint GTM plans, including co-marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives that get us in front of the right people.
Nurturing Analyst Relationships: Youll build and maintain strong connections with leading industry analysts and research firms, making sure they understand the value we bring to the market.
Providing Market Insights: Youll act as our eyes and ears, sharing key insights from the analyst community with our internal teams about market trends and the competitive landscape.
Working with the Team: Youll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our partnership and analyst efforts are perfectly aligned with our company goals.
Tracking Our Success: Youll monitor and report on the effectiveness of our partnerships and analyst engagements, showing the direct impact they have on our growth.
What Youll Bring
Experience: You should have 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or analyst relations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in HR tech is a big plus!
Skill Set:
You have a proven track record of creating and managing partnerships that drive real revenue growth.
Youre a natural at building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts.
You understand the ins and outs of the SaaS ecosystem and GTM strategies.
Youre an excellent communicator and negotiator, and you love building new relationships.
You have experience helping partners succeed, whether its through creating resources or providing training.
Youre just as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with a team.
