Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant

We're seeking a Senior Oracle NetSuite Consultant to spearhead the evaluation, assessment, and transformation of NetSuite environments. The right candidate brings practical, hands-on knowledge of NetSuite customization work, system integrations, and business process documentation, paired with a genuine consulting orientation to help stakeholders navigate discovery and rationalization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Examine the existing NetSuite setup to pinpoint customizations, dependencies, and integration touchpoints
• Capture and organize documentation covering current configurations, workflows, scripts, and system interdependencies
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to collect requirements and align on goals for transformation
• Offer strategic guidance regarding which functionality should be retired, migrated, or replaced
• Carry out discovery activities and current-state evaluations spanning various NetSuite modules
• Chart and document business processes to support broader ERP transformation and application rationalization work
• Partner with both technical and functional teams to design and confirm NetSuite customizations built with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
• Guide stakeholders on optimal approaches to NetSuite optimization and alignment with Finance/GL functions
• Assist with planning integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise-level systems
  
  

• Between 6 and 9 years of professional background working as a NetSuite Consultant
• Strong command of Oracle NetSuite, whether from a functional or technical standpoint
• Skilled in NetSuite customization work, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
• Experience conducting system discovery and assessing current-state environments
• Capability in mapping and documenting business processes
• Familiarity with ERP transformation initiatives and application rationalization efforts
• Solid understanding of Finance and General Ledger (GL) processes
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management and consulting engagement
• English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
