In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

The candidature is requested for supporting and managing End User Support and Windows Desktop / Laptop environment in India. As part of IT EUS Infrastructure Team, the role revolves to take care of BAU support operations, project activities and risk & compliance activities within EUS Infrastructure domain at country level.

Key Accountabilities

• Desktops / Laptops & Windows workstation Administration and End User IT Infrastructure support and maintain higher uptime of EUS Systems & high quality user support.
• Manage BAU activities like EUS system management. Etc. and project activities like new system installation, migration etc.
• Manage of vendors (onsite/Offshore) infra support professionals for support & service delivery. Ensure that the defined processes (e.g. System & IS Compliance, Asset Mgmt, Incident, Change, Capacity and Problem Management) are well applied & followed.
  
  

• Responsible for overall delivery in co-ordination with Users and EUS support Team for EUS System management.
• Ensure and maintain higher uptime of EUS Systems and EUS support.
• Should have a solid grasp of Windows Desktop operating system & performance tuning, OS patch updation , SCCM and printer management.
• Draft support documents and updating operations manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), life-cycle documentation
• Provide domain expertise to maintain overall system health and stability - Collaborate with Operations team to help them with Critical issues/outages, Validate Root Cause Analysis for the critical outages, Collaborate with vendors for smooth introduction of new solutions/services for operations,
• Knowledge in Security management by Windows Desktop OS hardening, SCCM -Patch Management, Vulnerability fixing.
  
  

• Proficiency (oral and written) in English, any additional language is a plus
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Windows Desktop OS, SCCM & Printer Configuration.
  
  

• Bachelor s degree in a scientific subject area: computer science, engineering
• ITIL V3 certification Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  
  

• IT Infrastructure – Windows Desktop & OS, SCCM Support and administration, Desktop Software support , Printer Support , IT Operation Support in Banking Domain
• IT Service Delivery services covering incident, change, problem management, KPIs / SLAs for high availability of EUS Systems including BCP / BCM process & standards.
• Strong understanding and knowledge in EUS IT Infra and Win Desktop support activities & System hardening, Patch Management, Vulnerability fixing.
• Good interpersonal, presentation & communication (written/verbal) skills
  
  

• Strong knowledge in Desktop / Laptops, Win OS , SCCM & Printer support.
• Strong knowledge in Infrastructure environment for hardening & patch management
• Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure Asset Management & Compliance management procedures / processes in Bank / Finance Industry.
• Understanding of regulatory IT Infrastructure guidelines , Audit, Risk & Compliance procedures on banking issued by RBI (local regulations in India).
