Job Description

To manage and control the end-to-end order management process, ensuring timely order processing, accurate planning coordination, and on-time delivery to customers.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Order Management
  • Process customer orders in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP / SAP)
  • Validate order details (price, quantity, delivery date, terms)
  • Monitor order status from entry to delivery.
  • Planning & Coordination
  • Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams
  • Align order schedules with production capacity and material availability
  • Follow up on backlog and prioritize critical orders.
  • Customer Coordination
  • Act as a single point of contact for order-related queries
  • Communicate order confirmations, delays, and changes
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates.
  • Inventory & Delivery Control
  • Monitor FG (Finished Goods) availability
  • Ensure timely dispatch and shipment tracking
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track KPIs: OTIF (On Time In Full), backlog, order cycle time
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

Required Skill:

  • Strong knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems (Oracle / SAP).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
