JOB DESCRIPTION
As a leader of Large Projects Execution team of approximately 75+ members, you will be managing an end-to-end process including, but not limited to quote, order management, project management and allied teams in smooth execution of FCV’s KOB 1 / Tier 3 project business involving single & or multiple world areas. You will establish clear performance visibility through meaningful metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning tools to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Strong track record of delivering results in a highly matrixed organization, navigating competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to assess complex processes quickly, identify gaps, and drive solutions.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to functional leader/s on team performance.
- Provide support to identify and implement corrective and preventive actions for issues.
- Champion talent development through succession planning, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives
- Develop, engage, and lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional leadership team across Quotation, Project management, Order management, Special pricing, Severe service and Quality & specification review teams.
- Lead and execute site strategy, translating business objectives into clear operational priorities and measurable outcomes
- Implement automation and drive continuous improvement actions to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
- Analyzing future project demands and ensuring adequate staffing levels (hiring or training) to meet company goals.
- Assigning the right people with the right skills to projects based on availability and expertise
- Collaborate with regional sales / Global Project Pursuit team to support our customers
- Effectively communicates and presents results and recommendations across discipline to the functional leadership.
- Setting clear goals & expectations, monitoring progress, holding individuals accountable, and rewarding & recognizing their achievements & Performance.
- In addition, this role serves as a management team member at FCEC and will be taking responsibilities in driving strategic initiatives at site level

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation / Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering.
- Knowledge on flow control industry products and accessories.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in flow control engineering out of which 8 years in leading large teams.
- Proven experience and demonstrated success leading global or teams based in different geographical locations with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- Optimizes work processes and improves performance metrics.
- Ability to assess complex processes quickly, identify gaps, and drive solutions

- Other certifications like PMP, Six Sigma, LEAN certification is a plus.
