Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational excellence.

Key Lead and manage overall manufacturing operations and plant performance

• Develop strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Manage production planning, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
  
  

• 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of production processes and plant management
• Experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvement
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
