The Technical Lead & Senior Developer is responsible for driving the end-to-end technical design and implementation of enterprise software solutions. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot , React.js/TypeScript , and modern architectures with strong leadership over development teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and architectural standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
• Define application, integration, data, security, and deployment architecture.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Define coding, design, API, security, testing, and development standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Lead development of reusable components, frameworks, and shared services.
• Design and review REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions.
• Design scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Work closely with the Technical PM, architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, performance issues, and architectural challenges.
• Support CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, ADRs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure implementation follows approved specifications and architecture.
• Participate in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) activities using GitHub Spec Kit.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot and React.js/TypeScript .
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience leading a team of developers and conducting technical/code reviews.
• Experience with API and integration architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native/containerized applications.
• Experience handling performance, scalability, security, and production issues.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience with enterprise modernization or platform development is preferred.
