• 10+ Years of working experience in IT Network Services.
• Extensive knowledge in networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) security protocols (HTTPS, SSL, TLS and SFTP) with experience in using network monitoring and managing tools and alerts.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security issues, Management of data center.
• Depth knowledge of Networks switching protocols STP, Stacking, VSS, VTP, HSRP, TCP flags, and Dynamic routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
• Good working knowledge on technologies like Cisco SD WAN, Meraki
• Depth knowledge DNS concepts, VPN tunnels, VLAN, IP Networking, Load balancer (Citrix), Firewalls (Virtual / Physical)
• Deep expertise on leading proxy solutions like Zscaler and other related NW services like Firewalls, Routers, packet captures, GRE tunnels, VPN
• Good working knowledge on DNS cloud services, web filtering and url policy management and WAF.
• Understanding with extensive hands-on experience on various Proxy Layer7 technologies for e.g Zscaler,
• To manage Azure, GCP and AWS infrastructure, and work closely with the development team to enhance and optimize our infrastructure services and infrastructure as a code.
• Infrastructure As a Code –Terraform, Knowledge and implementation skills cutting across traditional and modern Infrastructure
• Experience in planning and implementing infrastructure components as well as on ITIL (IT Service Management) incident management, problem management, release management
