Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Growth Marketer to lead and execute global B2B marketing initiatives across international markets.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketer with a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably within payroll, HR technology, SaaS, or consulting. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across EMEA and APAC.

Working as part of our global marketing team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and regional stakeholders to develop and execute integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives across EMEA and APAC.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through digital marketing, ABM, content, events, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective campaigns and strong market alignment.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and execution through lead nurturing and optimization.
• Support product launches, sales enablement, customer marketing, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and optimize SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to increase visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
• Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI, using data to continuously optimize results.
• Work with global stakeholders across different markets, cultures, and time zones.
  
  

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or consulting.
• Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, performance marketing, and content strategy.
• Experience managing global or multi-country marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO and a strong understanding of AEO/GEO and AI search trends.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
• Experience with SEA/PPC and omni-channel marketing.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an international environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
