JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in business presentations, corporate brochures, and professional communication materials. The ideal candidate should be able to transform complex business and technical content into visually compelling designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

This role requires strong creative thinking, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs while maintaining corporate brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design impactful business presentations, executive summaries, and management decks using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Create professional corporate brochures, company profiles, project profiles, and marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign.
• Develop engaging infographics, process diagrams, data visualizations, and custom graphics.
• Translate complex business and technical information into clear, visually appealing layouts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Design or Equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and proven business presentation design experience are mandatory.
• Strong experience in corporate brochure and company profile design.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex content into effective visual communication.
• Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in proposal design, executive summaries, bids and tenders, or business development materials.
• Experience in engineering, oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, or consulting industries.

Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing business presentations and corporate brochures. Strong creativity, visual quality, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively are essential.
