Senior Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, youll work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and scalable systems. This is not a role where you simply execute tickets., Youll be expected to: Think independently, Solve hard engineering problems. Build scalable systems, Own features end-to-end. Move fast with high responsibility. Youll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create systems used by real people globally.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Design and implement clean, scalable architectures.
• Own features end-to-end: design, development, deployment.
• Work on performance optimization, caching, async processing, and scalability.
• Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployments, and automation.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, production-grade code.
• Continuously improve engineering standards and development workflows.
  
  

• 4-6 years of backend engineering experience.
• 3+ years with React and/or React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and preferably TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of caching systems like Redis.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
