Senior FullStack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (6 - 10 years) to bridge the gap between traditional web architecture and Agentic AI. You will design high-performance React frontends and build Python backends that power autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, tool-use, and complex task execution.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Orchestration: Design and implement autonomous agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or LangChain.
• Full Stack Build: Develop responsive, high-fidelity frontends in React.js and robust, scalable APIs in Python (FastAPI or Django).
• Tool-Calling Integration: Build "Tools" (APIs/Functions) that allow AI agents to interact securely with internal databases and third-party services.
• Data Architecture: Manage traditional relational data (PostgreSQL) alongside Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus) for RAG-based search.
• System Optimization: Implement real-time streaming interfaces and optimize LLM latency to ensure a fluid user experience.
• Mentorship & Standards: (For Senior level) Lead code reviews, define AI engineering best practices, and contribute to the SCSE team’s technical roadmap.
  
  

Requirements

• 6-10 Years of Professional Experience in full-stack software development.
• Core Backend: Expert proficiency in Python, including experience with asynchronous programming (asyncio) and API frameworks.
• Core Frontend: Strong mastery of React.js, TypeScript, and modern state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query).
• AI Implementation: Hands-on experience building apps powered by LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini) beyond simple prompt engineering.
• Software Foundations: Deep understanding of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and experience designing efficient data schemas.

• Advanced AI Workflows: Experience with LangGraph (for stateful agents) or Multi-agent orchestration.
• RAG Expertise: Knowledge of advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (semantic search, re-ranking, and hybrid search).
• Cloud Native: Familiarity with deploying AI workloads on AWS or Azure.
• Evaluation & Observability: Experience with tools like LangSmith, W&B, or Arize Phoenix to monitor agent performance.
