Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Executive (Individual Contributor) with 4.8–7 years of relevant experience to independently manage the organization's Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Compliance, Audit, Financial Reporting, and Treasury Operations.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, requiring complete ownership of end-to-end finance operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, driving financial discipline, ensuring statutory compliance, and partnering with business stakeholders to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Manage end-to-end Finance and Accounting operations independently.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial book closures with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, management reports, and business performance analysis.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Coordinate and manage Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.
• Perform General Ledger reviews, account reconciliations, and maintain accounting accuracy.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance operational efficiency.

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 4.8–7 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end finance operations independently.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in a startup, technology, SaaS, or service-based organization will be an added advantage.
